I belong to the 360º Department. It has as its vision driving the company in the right way for reach its goals. Its mission is to evaluate the different departments and the members in each one according to fulfill the final mission and vision, and to help the members in their own development. Here is a weekly diary to note what I achieved each week during the project.

WEEK 1: (29th August - 4th September)
30/08 We are proposing the project to create a company and begin to emerge the first ideas.
02/09 The first meeting is held with the people interested in the project. The working group is created with nine members in the company.
Brief presentation of each member, including strengths and weaknesses.
Brainstorming with the possible names of the company and the products that we could need to start working.
WEEK 2: (5th September - 11st September)
05/09 Definitive name of the company.
Division of tasks and responsibilities.
Election of CEO and Deputy CEO.
Definition of the mission and vision of the company.
08/09 Determination of the departments present the company: CEO, Deputy CEO, Marketing Department, Collect Department and 360º Department.
Election of the people that make up each department and the functions to be developed.
Definition of the motto of the company: Given by the people, to the people.

WEEK 3: (12th September - 18th September)
12/08 PPT realization to present our project.
13/09 Creation and election of the logo of the company.
14/09 Creation of Praditus and Trello accounts.
18/09 Choose to order small cloth backpacks with our logo in which to introduce personal hygiene products to be distributed.
WEEK 4: (19th September - 25th September)
20/09 Search of where to buy the backpacks and print our logo on them.
Mail the tutor of the subject to determine aspects and clarify doubts about the functions of the 360º Department and the tools to use.
24/09 Brainstorming for naming our product "Share-me-bag".
WEEK 5: (26th September - 2nd October)
27/09 Individual, group and departmental photos for the website and social networks.
28/09 The 360º Department meeting with the tutor.
WEEK 6: (3rd October - 9th October)
04/10 Group meeting to discuss issues of the company.

07/10 First questionnaire of the 360º Department available online.
09/10 Organization of the company's Drive (each department has its own folder).
WEEK 7: 10th October - 16th October)
10/10 Order of the caps for the members of the company. Meetings with different supermarkets to set a date for a collection of personal hygiene products.
11/10 Personal meeting with the member of Intra Audit (Rafael PÉREZ). Bag's reception with the company's logo.
Creation of the document with the final objectives of the 360º Department. Send the link from the dashboard to the tutor.
Creation of the final poster (in case there is collection in the school).
12/10 Group photos with backpacks for social networks.
Publication of the project in the group of Facebook Erasmus ESCE and Spanish in Paris to publicize the company.
14/10 Collect the information of the first questionnaire.
15/10 Contact Adicto Magazine (university magazine Madrid, Spain).
