My name is Raquel Moreno Ainse, a 20 year old Spanish student. I like to travel, to know new corners and to lose myself by the streets of the cities. Besides that I am a food lover, and another of my hobbies is sewing, reminds me a lot of my grandmother and brings me good memories; but if I had to choose one, I would say that swimming has been my great hobby since childhood.

I am taking a double degree program in Business and Advertising in Rey Juan Carlos University in Fuenlabrada (Madrid, Spain), although I am currently doing an Erasmus in Paris.

This opportunity of going to a new country with a different language and culture, has allowed me to improve the level of French and also learn in many other aspects. This is the case of the subject for which this blog was created (Managing People & Performance).

This subject has allowed us to take a step towards our professional life by creating a company. In my case, we have created InterSharing, a project in which I feel completely integrated and in which I believe because it complies with one of my principles: "nobody is so great for not needing help, nor so small as not to lend it".
